I have specialized in managing luxury vacation homes in Steamboat Springs since 2000. I take care of homes that are primarily reserved for the enjoyment of the homeowner’s family and friends, preserving them in pristine condition at all times, ready and waiting for you to arrive and fully relax. (I do not manage vacation rental income properties).
I champion proactive property management, always planning ahead to prevent problems and ensuring every square inch of your home is in tip-top condition at all times.
I do not advocate reactionary management whereby I only handle catastrophes that occur at inconvenient times for the homeowner. I am here to secure, monitor, and maintain your home, and I’m minutes away if trouble arises.
I have an extensive maintenance background, and have a tried, trusted and reputable list of contractors that I use on a regular basis to solve any problems that come our way. And, I’m watching over their work for you, to make sure the projects are performed and completed to your expectations. I’ll even send photos and updates so you can see for yourself that everything is up to par.
I, like you, have fallen love with Steamboat and all it has to offer. The people and community are what made me choose to live in Steamboat Springs over any other town in the country. I love the free concerts in the summer, mountain bike riding in the fall, ice hockey and tele-skiing in the winter, and indulging in all the restaurants with my wife, Katy, year-round. And now, I love sharing all of this with our baby girl (and our our fur-baby, Matilda).
I moved to Steamboat from Fond du Lac, Wisconsin in the Fall of 1999 and have been care-taking luxury second homes around the valley since 2000.
My business has grown purely through word-of-mouth recommendations from my homeowners. Year-in, year-out, my homeowners have continued to partner with me, even when they move to new homes in the valley.
Throughout the years from 1999 to today, I also worked for ResortQuest Vacation Rentals in guest services (reception, concierge, reservations). I managed ResortQuests shuttle service, fleet and team of 30+ drivers for 3 years, and in recent years worked as a maintenance technician.
