As your Mountain Home Liaison, I will supervise the work of sub-contractors, communicate your specific instructions and ensure the job is completed exactly as you want. I’ll keep you up-to-date with the construction progress with written information and photographs.
I meet the contractors to open and close your home to ensure the house is always secured, and your alarm codes are never publicized. I conduct a daily security check at then end of each day.

Pricing: 15% of Contractor Project Fees (in addition to Property Management Contract
